Glenelg Murwillumbah faced a significant challenge with their existing Lodgify template website, which was restrictive and misaligned with the high-end brand image they aspired to establish. The template's limitations prevented the site from reflecting the premium experience they wanted to convey, while also hindering their ability to drive direct bookings effectively. Additionally, the lack of a seamless blog integration and social media connectivity limited their SEO efforts and brand credibility, as well as their ability to engage guests and enhance their experience during their stay.
